Mr Peachez and a Heart Walk

Surely everyone knows that the number one killer of women in this country is heart disease.  It is something that each and every one of us needs to be very vigilant about.  Perhaps you lost a loved one or close friend to heart disease. 

I lost my beautiful mother-in-law to complications following heart surgery early this year.  It was so unexpected and it saddens me every day.

I'm so sorry you lost your loved one, Suzy. And your husband is honoring her memory with such devotion! I admire that. This kind of speaks to the post I did a couple of days ago about getting kids outside for one hour of "green time" per day for their health. We all need to get off our butts, get outside, walk, get into nature, and most importantly, get kids involved so they don't end up in the same shoes! Thank you for this post.
