Part of my kitchen reno is to replace the current and very ugly blue laminate countertops.
I've picked out a gorgeous recycled glass product for most of the kitchen but I opted to go with a butcher block top for my existing island.
Here is the before, cluttered and messy too. I've changed the kitchen color and moved that killer cabinet to an upper floor.
You can see my new hickory floors here too. Love my new floors. The butcher block was so reasonable in cost and I purchased it on Amazon! I'm smitten with it. Just a few more projects left to complete and the kitchen will be transformed.
Tee hee. I like the "New Kitchen" sign. And the hickory floors are gorgeous.

i love it! butcher block counters look so good to me, i want to redo my kitchen like that!
